Wow - what great stuff! What a great image - the head of some condemned man or perhaps a human sacrifice? Carl Jung speaks about how spit and ***** are seen mythologically as the same substance.
I have read through Mayan mythology as much as has been translated - nothing like this. Haven’t seen Incan or Aztec though - could be in there.
