Shaded asked:
Most of my dreams are abstract thoughts and sequences through my day. I could be watching television, in clips, but myself in the dream is not there. I also have these spurts of actualization, like learning I had a long lost cousin, and then it carries on for a while like it could actually happen. Is there a way to make dreams less abstract though, less flow of consciousness-like and more walking through a forest?

Give some attention to and

“The Master of Lucid Dreams,” Dr. Olga Kharitidi,
“The Masters and Their Retreats,” Mark Prophet, and
“Watch Your Dreams,” Ann Ree Colton, are also good.
