My other question, i think some people misinterpreted what I said. I don’t want people to have a sort of bias towards me.
Uhhhh yes, I do think that typing something out to hundreds of people who have no idea of who I am or what I believe can be misconstrued. It could have offended some, which you obviously were, and I didn’t want to see any more people saying exactly what you are saying.
Lay off, go relax.

Interesting question!!! I always feel closer to my deities when I am surrounded by nature. I highly recommend it to any christian.
Walk in the forest.
My wife and i got lost in the forest once for fun. we took a days worth of food and water, a sleeping bag, a GPS to get back, and fire starters. it was awesome.
for me it depends on the song, and I don’t think God has a preference whatever works best for the individuals relationship with him
God hears the heart; where you are physically, has little importance.
Walk in the forest. Its awesome to walk, look at God’s creation, and pray. I LOVE IT! …You are also more focused on God when you are alone as well.
I’ve been closest to God walking in a forest… I don’t think he minds either way.

Sounds pretty cut and dried to me.
I can do both! But- ” Let us not foresake the gathering of the saints as some are in the custom of doing !”
Who cares what man thinks is better? What did God command? “Do not forsake the assembling of the saints together on the first day of the week”. We, who love God and want to worship Him, have no choice. We will go to church and do as God commands.
Do not do what your feelings tell you is right, for feelings are a poor judge.. Rather, do what is right and determine to feel right about it. At some point, it will feel right and then it will feel wrong to not go as commanded.
Both – I believe that the best spiritual experiences are a blend of many of lifes great experiences.
How about if I sing in a forest? I love singing “How Great Thou Art” when I’m walking in a forest.
Seriously though, I feel closer to God in nature than I do anywhere else. Being inside something God created is an amazing feeling.
I don’t think God cares. As long as we’re in communion with Him, I don’t think the method matters.
